Getting access

Hop accounts are created by invitation — there is no self-serve sign-up form. Your account belongs to an organization: a shared workspace where your flows, short codes, chats, and responses live, and where your team works together.

Getting invited​

  • Your organization already uses Hop. An admin adds you from the Team page inside Hop (app.hopforms.com/app/team) by entering your email address. Hop does not send an invitation email — your admin will tell you directly once you have been added.
  • Your organization is new to Hop. Contact the Hop team at Recode Labs; they create the organization and its first admin account.

Signing in​

Go to app.hopforms.com/login. There are two ways in:

  • Continue with Google — use the Google account whose address was invited. The first sign-in links that Google account to your Hop account; after that it is the fastest way in.
  • Email and password — if the Hop team set a password for you, enter it here. There is no password-reset form yet; ask the Hop team to reset it.

If Google sign-in says "No account is linked to that Google address", the address you signed in with has not been invited — check with your admin which address they used.

Your organization​

You land in the organization that invited you. If you belong to several, you can switch between them from the app.

Inviting your team​

From Team (app.hopforms.com/app/team), enter a colleague's email address and choose Invite. They can sign in straight away with that address — tell them, because Hop will not email them.
