What is Hop?

Hop is a platform for building, publishing, and running flows — the structured, interactive experiences your audience completes inside WhatsApp.

Instead of free-text back-and-forth, a flow guides someone through a clear set of screens — questions, choices, confirmations — and hands you back clean, structured data. Hop lets you author those flows, connect them to a WhatsApp number, and manage them end to end.

  • Author flows visually in the Flow Builder, or from a familiar XLSForm spreadsheet.
  • Publish a flow and make it reachable through a short code.
  • Collect responses as structured data you can review and export.
