List registers

/v1/registers

Every register your organisation has — fed by a flow's record action or uploaded as a CSV; kind tells them apart. Oldest-updated first, paginated with an opaque cursor: follow next_cursor until has_more is false. record_count is live; updated_at moves when the register itself changes, not on ordinary record activity. Requires the registers:read scope.

An unrecognised query parameter (code: unknown_parameter), or one carrying a value this endpoint will not accept (code: invalid_parameter).

Missing, malformed, unknown, revoked, or expired key — one body for all of them (code: unauthorized), with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="hop".

The key lacks the scope (code: insufficient_scope), named in WWW-Authenticate: Bearer error="insufficient_scope", scope="…".

Over a bucket. Obey Retry-After (seconds); RateLimit-* fields are informational.
