List groups

Your organisation's groups, oldest-updated first, so you can discover the ids that the group_id submission filter takes. Paginated with an opaque cursor: follow next_cursor until has_more is false, and store the cursor rather than a wall-clock time between runs. Requires the submissions:read scope — a bearer security scheme carries no scopes of its own, so the requirement is stated here rather than in security.

Missing, malformed, unknown, revoked, or expired key — one body for all of them (code: unauthorized), with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="hop".
