List versions

GET 
/v1/flows/:flow_id/versions

Every version of the flow, oldest-changed first, paginated with an opaque cursor: follow next_cursor until has_more is false. A version moves to the end of the list each time WhatsApp's processing writes to it, so a version in flight is usually last. Requires the flows:read scope.

An unrecognised query parameter (code: unknown_parameter), or one carrying a value this endpoint will not accept (code: invalid_parameter).

Missing, malformed, unknown, revoked, or expired key — one body for all of them (code: unauthorized), with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="hop".

The key lacks the scope (code: insufficient_scope), named in WWW-Authenticate: Bearer error="insufficient_scope", scope="…".

No such flow — nonexistent, or another organisation's.

Over a bucket. Obey Retry-After (seconds); RateLimit-* fields are informational.
