Get a submission

GET 
/v1/flows/:flow_id/submissions/:submission_id

One submission as the canonical submission record, identical to its entry in the list response. 404s for a flow this key cannot see, and for a submission id that does not belong to flow_id, on the same terms: no existence oracle. Requires the submissions:read scope.

Missing, malformed, unknown, revoked, or expired key — one body for all of them (code: unauthorized), with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="hop".

The key lacks the scope (code: insufficient_scope), named in WWW-Authenticate: Bearer error="insufficient_scope", scope="…".

404

No such flow, or no such submission on it — including a real submission id that belongs to a different flow. All answer identically (code: not_found): no existence oracle.

Over a bucket. Obey Retry-After (seconds); RateLimit-* fields are informational.
