GET 
/v1/registers/:register_id/records/:record_id

One record, exactly as it appears in the list — the lookup for a record_id found on a submission. 404 for a register this key cannot see, and for a record that does not belong to register_id, on the same terms: no existence oracle. Requires the registers:read scope.

A malformed register_id or record_id (code: invalid_parameter).

Missing, malformed, unknown, revoked, or expired key — one body for all of them (code: unauthorized), with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer realm="hop".

The key lacks the scope (code: insufficient_scope), named in WWW-Authenticate: Bearer error="insufficient_scope", scope="…".

404

No such register, or no such record on it — including a real record id that belongs to a different register. All answer identically (code: not_found): no existence oracle.

Over a bucket. Obey Retry-After (seconds); RateLimit-* fields are informational.
